In this Policy, "MoreGrowth", "we", "us" and "our" mean Core Vision LLC.
We take care of your personal data and undertake to guarantee its confidentiality and security. Please read this Policy before using the Website or the Services.
2. Two different roles — please read this first
Our responsibilities depend on whose data we are handling.
2.1 We are the controller of personal data relating to visitors to moregrowth.ai, enquirers, newsletter subscribers, and our own clients. We decide why and how that data is processed. This Policy describes that processing.
2.2 We are a processor where we handle personal data that flows through a website we build, host or operate for a client — for example enquiry forms, booking data, or customer records on a client's website. In that case our client is the controller and we act only on their documented instructions. That client's own privacy policy governs how the data is used, and individuals should direct their requests to that client in the first instance. Where required, we will enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the client. Clients can request one at info@moregrowth.ai.
2.3 If you are unsure which applies to you, contact us at info@moregrowth.ai and we will tell you.
3. Personal data we collect
3.1 Device Information (collected automatically). When you visit moregrowth.ai we automatically collect information about your device, including your web browser type and version, IP address, time zone, operating system, and cookies present on your device. As you browse, we collect information about the pages you view, the website or search terms that referred you, and how you interact with the Website.
3.2 Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect your name, surname, email address, telephone number, city or country of residence, organisation, website URL, and anything else you choose to include in your message.
3.3 Client and billing information. If you purchase a Service, we collect the information needed to perform the contract and to invoice you: contact details, business name, billing address, tax or ABN/VAT number where applicable, and transaction records.
Payment card details. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which handles card data directly under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS obligations. We receive only limited information such as the last four digits, card brand, expiry date and the transaction result.
3.4 Service delivery data. To build and operate your website we may hold the content, brand assets, credentials and access you provide, together with support correspondence and project notes.
3.5 We do not knowingly collect special category data (such as health, biometric, religious or political data), and we ask that you do not send it to us.
4. Why we process your data, and our legal basis
We process only as much data as is necessary. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are:
- Operating and securing the Website, preventing abuse — Device Information — Legitimate interests
- Responding to your enquiry or booking a call — Contact details, message — Steps prior to a contract; legitimate interests
- Providing, invoicing and supporting the Services — Client and billing data, service delivery data — Performance of a contract
- Sending our newsletter and marketing emails — Email address, name — Consent (withdrawable at any time)
- Website analytics and measuring campaign performance — Device Information, cookie data — Consent for non-essential cookies; otherwise legitimate interests
- Meeting tax, accounting and other legal obligations — Billing and transaction records — Legal obligation
- Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — As relevant — Legitimate interests
You can visit the Website without telling us who you are. If you wish to use certain features, receive our newsletter, or contact us via a form, you will need to provide personal data. You can choose not to, but some features will then be unavailable.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers for their own purposes.
We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run our business. These fall into the following categories:
- Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing, subscription billing, invoicing — United States
- HighLevel Inc. ("GoHighLevel") — Website hosting and page building, CRM, contact management, email and SMS marketing, automation and funnel analytics — United States
- Google LLC — Advertising (Google Ads) and conversion measurement; website analytics; business email, calendar and file storage (Google Workspace) — United States and other countries
Because GoHighLevel hosts our client websites and stores the contacts collected through them, it is our principal sub-processor. Where we act as a processor for a client (Section 2.2), GoHighLevel and Google act as sub-processors and are engaged under written terms that impose data protection obligations equivalent to our own.
We may also disclose data to professional advisers — accountants and lawyers — where necessary.
If we add or replace a sub-processor that handles personal data on behalf of clients, we will update this list and, where a Data Processing Agreement is in place, give the client advance notice and an opportunity to object.
We will also disclose information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law — for example to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process — and where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.
If our business is sold or merged, personal data may be transferred to the acquirer, subject to this Policy.
6. International transfers
MoreGrowth is a remote business. We are established in the United States and use service providers located in the United States and other countries. This means personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Australia will be transferred outside their home country.
6.1 EEA / UK / Switzerland. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on an appropriate safeguard under Chapter V GDPR — in most cases the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable), supplemented by additional technical and organisational measures where needed. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguard by emailing info@moregrowth.ai.
6.2 Australia. Where Australian Privacy Principle 8 applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, primarily through contractual obligations imposed on those recipients.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for:
- Website analytics and cookie data — Up to 26 months, or the period stated in Section 10
- Enquiries and contact form submissions that do not become clients — 24 months from last contact
- Newsletter subscriber data — Until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record to honour your opt-out
- Client contract, project and correspondence records — Duration of the contract plus 7 years
- Invoices, payment and tax records — 7 years, or longer where required by US, Australian or EU tax law
- Client website content and backups after cancellation — Deleted 30 days after cancellation takes effect, in line with our Terms
Where we act as a processor (Section 2.2), retention is set by our client's instructions.
8. Your rights
8.1 If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- be informed about how your data is used;
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data rectified;
- have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict our processing of your data;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to object to direct marketing at any time;
- not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8.2 If you are in Australia, you may request access to and correction of the personal information we hold about you under the Australian Privacy Principles, and you may complain about our handling of your personal information (see Section 12). If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
8.3 Other jurisdictions. Residents of certain US states and other countries may have comparable rights. We will honour valid requests where the law requires it.
8.4 How to exercise your rights. Email info@moregrowth.ai. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. We may need to verify your identity first. Exercising your rights is free, unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
9. Automated decision-making
9.1 We do not make decisions that produce legal effects, or similarly significantly affect your rights or interests, based solely or substantially on automated processing of your personal information.
9.2 We do use automated and AI-assisted tools to help draft and optimise website content, to segment marketing audiences, to score and route incoming enquiries, and to analyse campaign performance. These tools support our work; they do not decide anything that significantly affects an individual's rights or interests, and a human reviews any decision that materially affects you.
9.3 This section is provided in line with the automated decision-making transparency requirements introduced by the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024 (Cth), which apply from 10 December 2026, and with Articles 13(2)(f) and 22 GDPR. If our use of automated decision-making changes, we will update this section before the change takes effect.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies on moregrowth.ai.
- Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Website to function (for example session management and security). These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies help us understand how the Website is used.
- Marketing cookies help us measure and target advertising.
10.1 Visitors in the EEA and the UK. Where the EU ePrivacy Directive, the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the GDPR apply, we ask for your consent before setting any analytics or marketing cookie, and no such cookie is set until you give it. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
10.2 Visitors in Australia and elsewhere. Australian law does not currently require a consent pop-up before cookies are set. We rely on notice and choice: this Policy tells you what we use, and you can opt out of analytics and marketing cookies at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
10.3 You may also refuse or delete cookies in your browser, though some features of the Website may then not work.
Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued them. They cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your device.
11. Information security and data breaches
11.1 We store the information you provide on servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted staff access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or wireless network can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11.2 Breach notification. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours where the GDPR applies, and will notify affected individuals without undue delay where the risk is high. Where the Australian Notifiable Data Breaches scheme applies, we will notify the OAIC and affected individuals as required.
12. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact us first at info@moregrowth.ai with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to your local data protection authority — in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au); in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
13. Children
The Website and Services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact info@moregrowth.ai and we will delete it.
14. Links to other websites
Our Website may contain links to websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites or third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy statement of each website you visit that may collect personal information.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Website before they take effect.
